How can i make a better IA for enemys? More realistic (and hard ), like Counter-Strike Condition Zero Deleted Scenes

Well, the one of many ways to make the enemies more realistic is to decrease the reaction time and increase turn speed, like in Invasion & The Gate mods. But this way is sux, because it makes some stupid bugs/lags and etc.

S34Qu4K3 it is big and complicated system which has pieces in many files. First, look tasks/schedules for barney, scientist, grunt etc and try to understand how they work.
Yeah, i´m found some .cpp which have interesting stuff, like the FOV of the monsters
