You can decompile the model and find all the events in the resulting QC file.

Anyway, many server-side events are monster-specific and are handled in the game code. I'm not sure such documentation ever existed.

also, events are mod-specific too.

And if you were looking into which events are used in certain sequences, decompiled .qc shows in details.

metrocop1996 HLWE is opensource AFAIK, so it's easy to look inside cl_dll/entity.cpp and find out. Or ask Ghoul[bb].
