Cybermax health in mymod and all other images isn't in spr file, its drawed by opengl from TGA images

i have done buy menu team menu and class menu in HLSDK but i have trouble to move it to xash. in xash i can't add menus like that.

If you're talking about XashXT, then unfortunately it remove support VGUI and other GUI interface in the game.

You can try to write your own GUI interface, or use an open-source software using OpenGL rendering.
