Bump Mapping in Half-Life

These are the files that have been created or modified from the original source (SDK v2.3). Don't forget that you must have the Cg Toolkit v1.2.1, and the client DLL must be built with these libraries:

opengl32.lib
glu32.lib
glaux.lib
cg.lib
cgGL.lib

Also included is the source code for the hmap2nmap application. It's rather crufty, so please forgive me for that - I threw it together pretty hastily.
